Requirements

International students can enter at various stages of the program, either for the full two years, on year or a single semester.

Entering at the Master 1 level (M1) requires a Bachelor in Earth Sciences or Physical Geography. Application from students with Bachelor in Natural Sciences, Physics or Chemistry can also be considered after discussion with the STPE pedagogical team. Incoming exchanges during the Second semester S2 by students of the CIVIS network are particularly encouraged.

Entering at the Master 2 level (M2) requires 4 years of undergraduate/master education (European M1 or equivalent), with a background in Earth Sciences or Physical Geography.

The courses will be take place in English, so fluency is mandatory.

Students interested by the program are encouraged to contact us to discuss the various options offered depending on their background.

Inscriptions

The International Master Program (IMG) will be listed as a choice under the wider STPE (Sciences de la Terre et des Planètes, Environnement) Master program in most information and application websites.

EU students

European Union students can use the following platforms :

  • entering at the M1 level : Mon Master nationwide application service
  • entering at the M2 level : e-candidat application service (English version available).

For admission during the S2 or S4 semesters contact directly the pedagogical team.

Non-EU students

Non-European students enrolling for the first time in a university program in France should use the Études en France web site to submit their application.
